SNOW!?!?!?!

Oh my goodness.  Snow.  Forecast for tonight and tomorrow.  Only half-inch accumulation.  A half-inch shuts down Seattle, but this is Pittsburgh, so I’ve got to go to work tomorrow.  SNOW!!!

Chili Rellanos

I made Chili Rellanos today – so easy and good!
Ingredients
5 mild* chilis (I ordered 6 from Good Apples, but used one for salsa)
1 cup shredded jack and/or cheddar cheese
3large eggs (or egg substitute)
1 cup Masa Harina (corn flour, most grocery stores carry it, check the Mexican food aisle)
